I stayed there for 2 weeks and I have to say this is very nice place. Maybe its not furnished in very modern style ans it depenwnds what you really expect. For me the most important is to have a clean room, with helpful stuff and within the walking distance to the points of interest and I got it all!... More

This hotel is ideally located near Juan les pins train station so is a great place to stay if you're planning on hopping on a train and exploring other towns and cities along the French Riviera. It is also close to Central Juan les pins, which has lots of bars and restaurants and it's also close to the beach. Despite... More

This is our second time we have stayed here. The first time was pretty average. You pay for what you get. But this second time we stayed we booked two rooms as we went with friends. The air conditioning in both rooms had been pumping out hot air all night despite being on the minimum cooling setting. We went to... More

Less than a minute's walk to the train station, two minutes' walk to beach and promenade. Small-ish room on 4th floor with balcony to rear. Small fridge with water and juice resupplied daily. Coffee machine unworkable, they supplied kettle instead. Quiet and efficient air-con. Decent sized bath with shower overhead. Towelling robes and slippers in wardrobe with plenty of hanging... More

The hotel is nothing exceptional but it is in a nice location. Unfortunately the night we stayed there the Algerians had won a game in the World Cup and thought everyone else should share their excitement until 1:30 AM. Apart from the incessant car horns it wasn't a bad stay. The hotel could do with a face lift but it... More

When I first arrived at the hotel I was really disappointed by it's appearance..The reception area/bar area is in need of a makeover. The entrance to the first floor corridor through unpainted fire doors looked awful, public areas not very clean & the room itself was so small. However you get used to it & the positives shine through The... More

Nice small hotel, very clean with comfortable beds and in a great location near the beach and town centre. Breakfast was fairly basic " continental" style but probably in line with other French hotels. Juan les Pins is very, very expensive to eat out or have a drink (10.8 euros per pint, + 55 euros for a snack lunch), so... More

Really nice hotel that´s not to expensive. Clean and very comfortable beds. I have back-problems so this was the first hotel-bed that I slept really good in. Nice balcony with table and two chairs. I missed some place to hang my wet towels and bathing-suits. Like 300 meters to the beach and 200 to the train-station. The only thing I... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week and were really happy with our choice. We arrived early, before our room was ready, but were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went to explore the area. All the staff we met on our stay were polite & friendly, but I would particularly like to... More

First, I read on Tripadvisor that this hotel is 100 yards from the train station. That's not entirely true. If you take a train that stops in Juan-les-Pins, that's true, but most trains do not stop there; they stop in Antibes, meaning you have to take a taxi to the hotel at a price of 15 Euros. The staff was... More
