This small hotel offers good value for money with clean basic accommodation. The location is great, just two minutes from the train station and a few minutes walk to the sea. Air conditioning is offered at extra cost but we just managed without it in July. We chose to have breakfast each morning and at 6 euros it included orange... More

Juan Les Pins has the best nicest sandy beaches for all of this coast from Cannes to Monaco way. Yes this hotel is very basic but thats reflected in the low price. Its clean, safe and reliable hotel with the best loction. The Airport Shuttle will drop you off jus round the corner. The train station is a 1 min walk... More

This hotel is very basic as is reflected in the price. The location is excellent, two minutes from the train. There is no elevator and we were on the top floor, quite a hike! When we arrived there was no one at the hotel. A French couple had arrived just before us and rang the number provided; they said someone... More

The hotel is situated on a noisy street close to the beach and the city center. Considering the relatively low prize level the rooms were clean and comfortable. Since our room didn't have any air condition but only a hardly working van it was hot during the night (we have been there in September so this might be even worse... More

As everyone has mentioned, the location of the hotel is great - 5 min walk from train station, beach, restaurants, as well as to the night-life area. It was the cheapest hotel we could find, and people we met in town were impressed, having all paid more for their hotels. The rooms obviously aren't huge and luxurious, considering the price... More

All in all good value for money as it was only for... More

This hotel has good features in location, train station neaby , as well as restaurants. Rooms small as one can ecpect in Paris. Furnishings a bit worn. Ok place to stay for a short stay. Hotel staff generally helpful, but did not speak much English and we had a hard time getting another pillow, but finally made our request known... More

We stayed at this hotel in July. It has a great location. It is very close to the train station, close to the beach and to the center. Not all the staff speak English, but those who do, are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very basic, they have old furniture and they could be a bit tidier. The... More

Perfect, albeit somewhat noisy location; close to train station and beach. Major confusion about check-out time. It was advertised as 11.30h. In the room, it said 11.00h in some languages and 12.00h in other. Around 10.30h, I was put under pressure to leave the room. This was not only uncomfortable, but resulted in me being stuck in the streets with... More
