Just spent a long weekend with a large group. Really liked this hotel. The staff were always helpful, the buffet was varied, and the location was great for skiing. It can even be skied to easily during the day, to pop back to room etc.

We, family of 4, had very enjoyable 4 day stay at the hotel. The all-inclusive deal provides good value for money if you want a skiing trip on a reasonable budget. Plenty of food and variety for breakfast/brunch. Dinner was fairly average, but they have an excellent salade bar, and plenty of free beer and wine. Overall you get (a... More

This hotel is all inclusive. So, make sure you gonna like dining at the same place all the time. Family hotel, therefore lots of kids and noise, noise, noise. Not for a couple stay at all. Building from the 90th probably, so not renovated and looks a bit of soviet time. Few issues we faced during our stay: Sauna -... More

A group of 10 friends and I recently stayed at Club du Soleil in Isola 2000. There was an initial mishap, as one of the group arrived before the rest of us, and he was not allowed to have his room until I arrived to pay for all the rooms. He was also not able to work in the lobby,... More

I read some pretty bad reviews of this hotel before going along for the Easter weekend, but my experience was completely positive - lovely room with a balcony and fantastic views, excellent coffee-making machine in the room, and the hotel was in a terrific location. The buffet meals were a treat, especially the breakfast, but over three nights I found... More

This is our second time to Isola and we were thrilled with the convenience of this hotel. The room was spacious, comfy beds, with a great shower. The food was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit salads, yogurts and muesli. Although our son loved the Pain au chocolate and other tasty delights. It was nice to have a... More

We had an absolutely terrible check-in experience which began with the desk clerk (Maxime) watching, with nothing but a snicker, as my mother struggled carrying 3 suitcases down several sets of stairs. We had an equally dissatisfying welcome as he bluntly told us that the 2 rooms we booked were separated by 3 floors. This was particularly a problem because... More

I think you just have to accept that the star system for Ski hotels is just different from hotels in a town or city, this is no exception. The room was OK if a little on the small side and there did seem to be a lack of draw space for clothes. The swimming pool was joke, the jacuzzi at... More

Isola 2000 is the best ski resort in France..... no exceptions. The pistes are easy access from the hotel, and all are well maintained, beautiful wide expanses of snow, and would be an absolutely wonderful place for children to learn to ski. I have been about 10 times to this resort - 9 of which I have had sunshine all... More
