A couple of days skiing in Isola made really convenient and comfortable by staying at the new Chastillon. The studio apartment we took was clean, easy to use and comfortable. What you need are: a good shower, not too much hassle folding beds away etc, somewhere to crash and read/watch TV, and a place to make breakfast. Our studio delivered... More

A great hotel. All Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was better than I had expected. Room was great with lots of features and the wifi was great. Our room was right on the slope. The room and hotel were Clean, warm and comfortable. The pool was great and we had plenty of peace as well. We will certainly... More

We booked a three person apartment, It was comfortable for two (i feel it would have been a bit cramped for three!) When we arrived the receptionist on duty was extremely nice and helpful; the reception area is rather small so when checking in at "rush hour" it's rather congested!!!! The hotel is situated right on the ski slopes, try... More

We had a wonderful stay last week in apartment new chastillon. We booked a 3 pers app. it looked very new and for French standards it was big. Room enough to store your goods and comfy ( sofa) beds. Great new bed sheets and soft towels in the bath room ( even little bottles with Shower gel etc ) The... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay in New Chastillon. We had a ground floor apartment for 6 people and it was really very nice. One bedroom with double beds, one area (without a door) with bunk beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a very clever thing in the way it folded out but was not very... More

We stayed for one night and that is enough. The room was very small and had only a sofa bed which we had to make up. The walls are so thin we could hear our neighbours breathing!! (Not quite but almost). The breakfast buffet was okay at best although the eggs were cold and general fare disappointing. The hash browns... More

Located right at the slopes, this is a very good option in Isola. Furniture is bright and quite new . A few points to keep in mind: -skistorage is quite small and busy during peak hours. So much moisture that our skishoes were still wet inside every next morning. -breakfast costs 15 euro's. However, the bakery at the supermarket opens... More

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and we checked in about 16.30 with no problems. The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. They are really warm and the modern bathroom had a bath and shower. The kitchen is kitted out very well and has everything to cook with if you should want... More

The appartment is really small. If you have the sofa bed ready to sleep on, there is not much space left in the room. But it all looks new and fresh. And it is directly next to the ski slope. View on the piste! The bathroom is perfect. The ski depot is quite small. If you go there in peak... More

Check in was not until 5pm which is ridiculous as the whole guests all come to check in at the same time! we arrived at 11am and asked if there was any chance of our room being ready earlier as I had a broken foot and we were told no! no attempt was made to ask the cleaners to clean... More
