Surprised at the limited menu on offer at the hotel compared to what was seen on the hotel's website. After saying that the food was absolutely outstanding, both in quality and presentation. We would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and relatives, as it would be difficult to find a better hotel, value for money, in... more

We stayed 5 nights in this Hotel. It is located in the center of old Frejus. To go to the seaside you will need a car or go by Bus as it is too far to walk. Also in the evening old Frejusis not realy the pleace to be if you are searing for fun and excitement. Highlights of the... more

Excellent hotel - great clean room. Good breakfast. Good pool area Next to the railway so occasional noise during the day but rooms well soundproofed. Friendly staff. It's just a pity we did not sample the restaurant - it looks to be the best in the town. Good location to visit the historic sites but a fair walk to the... more

We were very tired when we arrived at the hotel, having driven from Tuscany that morning. The hotel was the only one listed in my DK guide book, but sounded lovely, 'Provençal style'. We arrived, and the young lady who showed me the room was sweetness and charm itself. The room was small but pretty, and even had a bathtub,... more

We chose this hotel as the pool looked idyllic. Unfortunately our sun-bathing was spoilt by a couple of noisy kids, one being sick into a palm tree, and the TGV which runs right past the back of the pool. The entrance to the pool is tricky and constitutes a health and safety problem. A busy road is also behind those... more

Whether I'd recommend this hotel really does depend on what you want out of your holiday in Frejus. Let's be frank - it's a long, long walk to the beach. A good 40 minutes. We know. We tried on our first night. And we're fast walkers. But a quick trip to the tourist office meant we were well armed with... more

We stayed here two nights -- to be on the Riviera but not in the more expensive places like Cannes and St. Tropez. The hotel is very central, charming, clean, with huge rooms and a very comfortable king-size bed. Breakfast was fine. We ate in the hotel one night, as we had arrived late -- very sophisticated food, a tad... more

My wife and I plus our 3 years old daughter recently spent a week in this hotel. Lovely old property with a small pool and lots of greenery and flowers. We booked a triple room overlooking the pool and garden with views across Frejus to the mountains. To be honest we may as well have had a double room without... more

At 95 euro per night, this was the best value of the nine hotels we stayed in during our recent trip through France and Italy. The place is nice: newer rooms, great staff, cute little pool area. We stayed in Frejus to break up a drive... it served its purpose, and we walked around a bit before eating dinner outside.... more

Lovely hotel in the old part of Frejus (not near the beach though). Great place to relax and chill by the pool which is surrounded by palm trees and really is an oasis of calm. We stayed two nights and didn't eat in the hotel (apart from breakfast) as it was extremely expensive (70 EUROS plus) for dinner. Lots of... more
