To whom it may concern : The hotel guests stayed in the room for 1 hour, used the bathroom, toilet, soap, towels, etc... They also made use of the bed. When they came down to the reception they decided not to stay. This in itself is not a problem, but it is only right that the hotel staff gets paid...
