It could have gone badly. The motor yacht that took us there got some rope entangled in it propellors that delayed its departure so we arrived and were landed in a RIB tender in the dark. I got one of the bedrooms of a suite designed for a royal family, so the bedroom was just a bedroom with amenities like... More

We stayed here a few years ago and just loved the friendly service and warm atmosphere. However this time we were just a little underwhelmed by the place. We were told upon booking that the restaurant would be closed but a meal would be provided in the lounge area. All well and good but try eating a fillet steak on... More

Low long tables by the couches;small normal height tables with standard seating.high stools by the bar(Mr Bonds choice).weather permitting, full size table are available on the balcony, overlooking our splendid gardens and sea.Kevin our head barman, was on hand.had he known of your discomfort he... Beautiful, picture-perfect, luxury boutique hotel. Every room is special and the grounds are impeccable. This hotel is the epitome of relaxing luxury. We will be back! The restaurant was great, and the private beach is just what we wanted.

We didn't actually stay in this hotel as we were staying in nearby Four Seasons Cap Ferrat & our concierge recommended a visit. I can't say anything more than its simply stunning. A girl (her name escapes me now) showed us around the hotel & grounds then took us on a tour of 3 different rooms including the penthouse. She... More

Secluded and discrete aside a small bay just 6.5km from Monaco I stayed at Cap Estel. The service, the accommodation, the food, secluded surroundings, topped with the sound of the sea all made this hotel one of the best on my list.
