We traveled with another couple and had two of the 5 rooms in this unique property. The host was very generous with his desire to make sure we enjoyed our visit and made great recommendations for us. The pool is small but very adequate to enjoy a restful afternoon and the gorgeous view this property offers.

Stayed for a week and immediately felt welcome. There isn't a lot to say that hasn't been said already... Breakfasts are fantastic, views are incredible. Philipe and Marie-josee work non-stop to make sure you have a the greatest stay possible. A few things to note if you are staying here. 1) Drink the Chablis. As much as possible. I've drank... More

KSV: Beautiful place to stay and relish the coast of France. Tranfixed by the lights of Eze with my nightly gaze through the porthole window. Gracious hosts and their canine companion, Lady, fed us with delicious bounty and guided us to sights to explore. As is always the case with pleasure, can't have enough, so I will establish my own... This stay was truly beyond our expectations. Everything about it was too perfect! The views, the breakfast, Philippe, our lovely host, the dog, Lady...we could go on. The room was beautiful and peaceful and the views were breathtaking. We definitely plan to return and to recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the south of France. The worst part about our... More

pluses marvellous views big suite, very comfortable excellent breakfast entertaining and thoughtful owner nice dog as well minuses Only one, which is that the access road to the property is steep and narrow and at times the verge crumbles away to the valley below. Also, views mean height and round here, height means corniches. The delightful owner did her very... More

Domaine Pins Paul is a gem with a view that made us smile every morning while having a yummy breakfast of fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheeses and awesome coffee (more than one cup!) Philippe was superb! Helpful, funny, and very warm. He recommended great local restaurants and the what ended up being the highlight of our trip to Nice; taking... More

We and another couple spent 3 nights at Domaine Pins Paul as part of our holiday in the south of France. What a beautiful location! Magnificent views of the coast, Eze village, Villfranche and more. The rooms were large and very clean, lots of space, lovely furnishings and bathroom. Food was super, breakfast on the terrace each morning in the... More

After reading such great reviews, we couldn't believe the lack of customer service. We tried to contact Phillipe by phone, email and skype to reserve a room for next September. He never responded to any of our requests even after he said he would get back to us quickly. We were always polite, and are disappointed that we were treated... More

My wife and I recently traveled through the South of France on our honeymoon and spent a few nights at Domain Pins Paul. We loved the grounds and the views were incredible. Phillipe was a fantastic host - he helped us plan out our travel through the region and made some great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the... More

Magnifique! Philippe and Marie-Jose have one of the most wonderful places in the world sitting above Eze. Philippe is a most attentive host and welcomed us as if we were old friends. The house has the most fantastic view and everything is clean and sophisticated. They are so fortunate to be able to live in this paradise and meet so... More
