While this isn't the most opulent hotel we have stayed in in Cannes it is in a very good location. Ideal for shopping (down side street to the Rue de Antibes) one street further down and you are at the beach and one street in opposite direction and you have the train station. The owner Regis is very friendly and... More

Stayed here for one night here whilst visiting friends just outside Cannes. It is literally a stones throw from the station! The room had great sound proofing and had one of the largest bathrooms( yes including a bath!) I have ever seen in a French B and B! A good sized room too and great value for money.

Nice hotel, central location. The owner is very friendly and gives lots of advice on what to do in Cannes; it's a pleasure to talk with him! The location is close to the main shopping streets (Rue D'Antibes) and restaurants (Rue Hoche, Rue Predignac, ...); with a 5 minutes walk towards the sea you'll reach the Croisette and the beach.... Nice little family held hotel in a central location of Cannes, within 5 min walk to the station, main shopping street and beach and a little supermarket accross the street. If you are a light sleeper try to ask for a room not facing the street as it can be fairly noisy on the road side, the walls are thin... More

I am used to travelling extensively for business, and was a little concerned with a non brand hotel, but I absolutely couldnt be happier. The room is small and relatively basic but comfortable with a great bed and everything you would need. The owner welcomes you with a great rundown of the area. Yiu are basically 5 minutes from either... More

The owner was extremely polite and helpful! Perfect location-5 minutes away from Palais des Festivals. There is a mini-market near which is open till midnight. Nice room with free WiFi. Don't expect big rooms and luxury. This is about low price and location + friendly staff.

How does one judge a place to stay. For me, hospitality trumps everything else as long as the place is quiet and clean. It's easy to tell when management cares about providing quality service to its patrons. This private hotel and the owner, Regis, went out of his way to comply with all my requests. When I arrived in Cannes,... More

First, I echo many other reviewers that the owner/manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. Almost felt like I was being welcomed into his home instead of a hotel. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and train station. The rooms were clean, but could use a facelift (and a few more lightbulbs). The shower was tiny (and I'm... More

This is a fantastic small family-run hotel, with the owner himself doing his best to accommodate all your needs. We were there for ten nights in a business trip and were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay, with all our demands attended to. Do not expect luxury - it is a small hotel! However, my room was perfectly... More

I reserved a single room for 100 euro and was offered a tiny and smelly room (it smelled like a smokers lounge at 3 am). I was not happy with this, so I changed to another room: an apartment close to the beach for 150 euro. I was not happy with this either. It was a small private apartment without... More
