This was how one of my colleagues described the hotel and they were quite right. Basic is a good description but we completely over-paid for this hotel as they took advantage of the fact their was a conference in town. We paid £800 for 4 nights at this hotel but as we were late booking we had very little choice....

+ Free rooms can still be found when most hotels in Cannes are full. Maybe only positive is that train and the main road were not that noisy in the night.

Stayed here for 2 nights in july. the place is on the "wrong" side of the railwaystation and the rooms are small, dated and without aircondition - although they had a sign in the lobby saying you could get it for 10€, but this wasn't possible in any of the 3 rooms we stayed in.
The prices are not good...
