I really liked the Hotel Paradis. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and Promenade des Anglais and also for Vielle Ville - the real Nice. Small but very clean rooms - 3 of which have small balconies with sea views; charming. The staff was multi-lingual and VERY helpful! Ask for room # 22, 32 or 42. more

Dead-on the center of Nice. Great location, but hotel is old, squeezed and needs renovation. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Not so clean. Colors are terrible.
