We stayed in the Eden Hotel for 2 nights last week. We decided to treat ourselves to a Deluxe room. The room was certainly big, but the air-conditioning didn't seem to work properly. There is a separate toilet, which is handy, but there is only a tiny wash basin in there (and I mean tiny!) and you are given a... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and really enjoyed our stay. To accomodate the two of us with our two 7 year olds and 18 month old baby, the hotel recommended interconnecting rooms. They offered a very good rate (probably due to our last-minute enquiry.) We were made to feel very welcome, clearly this hotel is comfortable with... more

I just stayed for 4 nights at Eden Hotel for a business conference first week of November. I thought it was fine. Pros: - Pretty nice service for a French hotel - Comfortable double bed (I was by myself) - Had room service pretty late - Wireless internet in the lobby bar (pretty fast speed) - Robe and slippers for... more

Really nice hotel, very clean, room was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Roof jacuzzi and pool were lovely, particularly at the end of the day, but as previous reviews have said, only a very small number of places. We were allocated a room on teh first floor which did not have a very good view, but were... more

We arrived at this hotel expecting a modern , clean, boutique type hotel and found it dingy ,scruffy and depressing . We had booked 3 nights and checked out after one . The beds , with their black covers and old brown blankets were dated , and the bathrooms badly tiled and the whole place at been refurbished on the cheap... more

Stayed in this hotel on a business trip. Everything was fine, even service was good (by French standards). Location was convenient, breakfast was good and in general everything was fine. The property has been recently renovated and in general modern design in rooms suits it. They need to work on soundproofing though. No carpets in rooms and poor soundproofing is... more

Stayed there in december as I was attending a show at the Palais des Festivals. Hotel is located on rue d'Antibes, paradise for shoppers and about 5 minutes walk from La Croisette (the beach) and about 15 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals. When I arrived in early afternoon, reception clerks were busy talking to each other and needed... more

I stayed here for a week in September 07. Positives - Clean, reasonably equipped rooms in a pricey town - Reasonably priced Negatives - Fairly spartan If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay in Cannes, then this is a good option. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and pleasant. That is, you will have no shocks.... more

It was a good stay considering the price. The room was small, the bathroom even smaller, shower over bath, there is no decor apart from a vintage TV, it's bland and cold( there is no heating apart from an aircon that doesnt heat sufficiently in winter). Good turndown, minibar, room service. The car park is very very expensive and narrow... more
