I booked this hotel last minute yesterday. It's very basic, but cheap! I had a nice welcome at the door and the receptionist carried my bags up the stairs (very heavy so happy about that). It looks like in Cannes anything can be a hotel and a lot of them are in bad condition. This one has two stars, with tasteless interior and needs total refurbishment. This is a VERY basic hotel. Positives: Right in the middle of town, close to the beach, shops & restraunts.
