When we arrived there was no knowledge of our booking. The receptionist had to spend a lot of time to find us a room (not her fault), which she did. We were not happy with that room so asked to be moved to one nearer the front of the hotel, again the receptionist was very helpful and met with our... More

We had a one night stay in Cannes and we were happy to be told that we had been upgraded to a city view room. The room was bright and airy with a lovely bathroom, and a nice view over a little street. The bed was very comfortable and the AC unit came in very handy. However, being on the... More

This was our third stay in Radisson Blu. I think the hotel has gotten better every year. For example internet was working perfectly this time. And there was a possibility to have breakfast outdoors. Service was friendly, but sometimes a bit slow (at the breakfast and rooftop terrace). All the concierges gave perfect suggestions for dining. The hotel doesn't have... More

On arrival the receptionists were both very welcoming and extremely helpful. We found our room too small and asked for upgrade which, due to availability , were offered a larger room with a sea view and balcony for no extra cost, brilliant. Very clean and tidy throughout. Excellent facilities, the only downside is the pool is in the spa area... More

I spent one night in this hotel. It was a fantastic experience: excellent location, great staff, very nice pool and roof terrace. They let us check out slightly late and also served us breakfast in the room with no extra charge. Definitely recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel in july. The reception, breakfast room, and restaurant staff were the most helpful and charming staff i have encountered in 50 years of travel.i am 75,and traveling alone.i was looked after as though the staff cared personally. My room was ok but nothing special.i asked for a seaview but this was not possible... More

our whitsun weekend in this hotel was really most enjoyable.... ....check in was quick and because of my silver club carlson card we were upgraded to a sea view room...overlooking the port.....and the road....but don t worry about traffic noise...in fact sitting on the balcony it was interesting to view the traffic...especially the succession of 'high end' cars passing below....maseratis...bentleys...jags....mercs... great location in cannes.rooms are small and there is no desk to work from. Also there are very few power points and they are in inconvienient and obscure places. There was a shower and a bath in the bathroom though the shower head leaked badly and as I tried to adjust the position it fell off the wall.plenty of towels and a... Excellent service, pleasant rooms, very good food, convenient parking, all at reasonable prices. Restaurant was particularly impressive. Food for a catered event for 50 people was very much better than I have ever seen for the event of this size. The staff was very helpful arranging return of my luggage, which was delivered very late by the airline.

Great location, charged extra 25 euro a day to use the pool, ridiculous at this level of hotel. First room was next to a massive air con unit for whole hotel so moved us to a room that had not been cleaned yet. Roof top bar has an amazing view but cheapest drinks were 18 euro each, ouch!
