Having stayed at most of the 4star hotels in Cannes, this is definitely not one of the best. Although the bedroom and bathroom was excellent, with plenty of storage space and facilities, the hotel lacked so many of the amenities of a modern 4star hotel. Room was spacious and modern. Front desk helpful. Great Gelateria across the street. Really enjoyed our stay there. Glad there was a parking garage so close (1/2 a block). There were several coffee shops nearby where one could grab breakast. Book early for less expensive rooms. The cream colored carpet has seen better days. more

My husband had to travel so I went with for pleasure. Really enjoyed the Renoir. Small, personal attention from a very nice staff. Rooms very clean and roomy for the area. Breakfast was fine. Would definitely stay again! more

Yes, it is across a busy street but there's a very wide pedestrian crosswalk with signals, so this wasn't a huge downside. The room, bathroom, and amenities are similar to U.S. hotels (i.e. pleasant and reasonably spacious), which makes this hotel a great deal. Excellent little hotel- can see why it figures so high in tripadvisr ratings. very conveniently located - few minutes from the rail station and 5 minutes from the main beach front- infact the end of the beach u come to is the public beach, which is free and very scarce in cannes.
