Bad service and ignorant: would never recommend this hotel. The so called suite is a double room wih sloppy extra beds. The service is really bad and the manager is never around to talk to you. Bathroom was not well cleaned and gross.

We don't understand the negative reviews because so far the hotel is excellent. We got a big flatscreen in the room, great personal proactive service, the jacuzzi and sundeck are really nice and the fitness room is small but good (even an spinning bike). 5 min walking distance from beach and 15 min from harbour; clean, silence, good breakfast, but expensive.

Roof spa isn't really what most would consider a spa so I wouldn't let that influence your decision. We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Cristal Cannes, we got a great deal at only 50 euro per night for the room, hotel was well kept, if room a little dated very 90´s, but really clean, comfortable and quiet. 2 minutes walk to sea front, close to all the designer shops etc. I would return tomorrow...
