Stayed here several times . Ideal location for the Palais des Festival Congress Hall just 4 minutes walk , and equally good for the shopping street of Cannes and the atmospheric old town . Pleasant bar and first floor breakfast restaurant . Rooms fine , nicely comfortable , although some of the plumbing can be on the noisy side ,... More

Dear DavidklondonUk, First, thank you for your loyalty at Gray d'Albion Barrière. Sincerely, it is a satisfaction to read that you appreciated our hotel and more particularly ideal position, our jane's bar with specific atmosphere, the quality of our rooms and reception team behaviour. Whereas, I also note your remark concerning WIFI. As you said in your comment, this service... More

I stayed here on business in late September - early October for four nights. The hotel has a very good location overall: very close to the promenade, La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, but also a very easy walk to the Cannes train station, which made for an easy trip from Nice and back out to Paris. Some have... More

This hotel has a very nice lobby and lobby bar, but a complete disconnect in terms of decor, quality of offering and cleanliness as soon as you step out of the elevator onto any of the accommodation floors. The rooms are very dated with very small bathrooms, but the location of the hotel is fantastic. Service levels are average, but... More

Good value hotel booked because of its position . A terrific deal for a hotel of this standard - 65 euros a night for a double room. Restaurant was closed because of season but who wants to eat in their hotel in Cannes? Quite a bit of construction work going on at ground floor level which translated into early morning... More

Dear Philip B, Thank you so much for your review and take time to underline our very good position in Cannes between the famous "La Croisette" and "Antibes street" ideal for shopping. Please rest assured that the comfort and the satisfaction of our guests are our first preoccupation. Concerning construction disturbances, it was temporary and not directly in the hotel,... More

We booked this hotel because the location seemed good. The positive: breakfast We chose, staff professionalism, location. Left a bad impression on us that in the Deluxe room, 8th floor (160 Euro/ night) it is impossible to sleep because outside noise, if you open the windows, you will not hear your own voice! We did not booked a standard room,... More

Cannes is by definition an expensive place, especially during the Entertainment conventions, but might as well stay where you find comfort and peace and quiet, and the Gray d'Albion is the right place for that. Nice comfy rooms, good food at the restaurant, great location, good service. If your goal is to be at a relaxed place in Cannes and... More

Spent almost a week in this lovely hotel. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and the location is great! Only downside is the overpriced breakfast. We'll propably come back again!

The hotel has a very good location, close to shops, restaurants and the sea front. The room was modern and comfortable. They clean/tidy up the room twice everyday, which was a great. One night we ordered dinner from room service and ate on our balcony, very convenient and delicious. One issue we had was that the booking site said the... More

There is not much to tell about this hotel. It is a decent hotel. Nice looking room, decent staff. I guess what makes this hotel valuable is it's location. It is at middle of everything. Close to the beach, shoppes, restaurants and cafes. When I am visiting places like Cote D'Azur I prefer staying at hotels like this. I don't... More
