Stayed here two nights as part of a coach tour of the Riviera. Traffic noise was not a problem with the windows shut, and air conditioning made sleeping easy. Overall you get only what you pay for. I feel its much too hot in cannes in the summer to have a hotel room without a balcony, this means all entertaining must happen in the town, which at times is overwhelmingly busy with throngs of people loading up the cramped streets. The hotel is situated in a dodgy enough area of Cannes.There is a down and out house right next door. You have to cross under an underground subway to get there.Homeless people use it frequently to go to the toilet, so watch where you walk !!!The hotel is ok., rooms are small but good for the price you pay.Pool on... more

Did not enjoy our stay here at all. Firstly the hotel is in a dodgy side of town, it looks over a motorway and a train station and there is loads of homeless people sleeping rough outside the hotel.
