The total is really well located in the city, a block back from the promenade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small and the hotel could do with a refresh!

We came to stay in September 2011 and were taken to what was a box room; dark and cramped. The pictures on the website was only showing the reception which was very nice, the rooms were not on par or what you would expect on entering the reception. We asked if another room was available which we were shown to....

I liked the Anna Livia. It's very very close to La Croisette, and its very near loads of trendy bars and restaurants. The hotel is managed by Brits - very professional and well organised as you'd expect. As for the rooms, they are clean, had wifi, BUT very small. You barely have space to move around - especially if you...

WE LOVED THIS PLACE AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL! Cannes was our nth stop in our European trip. Having gotten used to small, cramped hotels, we were totally wowed by our apartment at Hotel Anna Livia! We spent our first hour just photographing the place - the very spacious living room (2 large sofas, plants, coffee...

this hotel made us want to stay in the room the whole day! for groups of 3 or more, i believe they'll offer you this apartment. it was such an amazing deal since we had very low expectations considering the room just cost us 90euros for 3 people.
we arrived at the lobby of the hotel which looked to be...

We've had to put up with a lot of grumpiness in hotels lately, so it was a pleasure to come across The Anna Livia where the staff are most pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is unpretensious and comfortable. You'll be on The Croisette in two or three minutes.Likewise Rue D'antibes. Brian
I stayed at this hotel during July 2010 and I hated the experience. The reception was very poor, the guy at the front desk was rolling a joint when i got there and had trouble adding up my bill which they made me pay at arrival. The room was probably the smallest I have ever seen, with no space left...

We have now stayed here several times over the years and it is almost unbeatable in terms of location - it's 2 minutes walk from the Croisette ( beach) and also from the Rue D'Antibes ( the main shopping street). It's also surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all budgets. The rooms have generally improved over the years...

We stumbled into Cannes at 6pm one night, with no reservation and no internet connection to check out tripadvisor. The tourist office was closed, so driving through rush hour traffic, we just drove into the centre of town and decided to start knocking on hotel doors. The first one we arrived at was Anna Livia. The moment we walked in,...
