The hotel is on a hilltop, nice view of the surrounding. We arrived on Sunday, restaurant in hotel was closed for dinner. The staff gave us helpful information to other good local restaurants. The breakfast was good. The hotel need to be accessed by car, no public transport. Spacious room but furniture a bit dated.

A little off the beaten track, which is why we choose it. Located at the top of one of the many hills in the area. we were a little early arriving, no problem, drop your bags, grab a towel and relax till ther room was ready. Helpfulness, friendliness and courtesy were the norm from the staff, not just the reception... More

The hotel is situated about 5 km from the centre of Cannes-sur-Mer in the direction of Haute-Cagnes or Saint-Paul-de-Vence in a cul-de-sac. The service was excellent from the time we checked in until our departure. The buffet breakfast was good and the evening meal excellent. Unfortunately the area around the pool can become a little crowded with too few recliners... More

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for three nights. We had an excellent time and although the hotel is certainly very pretty, what really deserves 5 gold stars is their customer service. Consistently, from the time you check in to the time you check out, you are met with extreme friendliness, professionalism and a genuine desire to make... More

Visit every year this hotel 1-2 times because of work. Is at a quiet place with good access to the airport and the nice villages of the French Riviera. With new ownership the hotel became a special place to be with a resort type of atmosphere. Very pleasant and flexible staff and all facilities are available and up to date

We stayed at Domaine Cocagne from July 6 - 8 and it was almost the perfect hotel. From the fantastic greeting as we arrived, the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, the quiet location, great pool, plenty of areas to relax, sunbathe, great wine list, very good restaurant, superb massage, lovely rooms - I could go on.... only 1... My advice is if you get a smashing (i.e.; cheap) room rate stay here and suffer the oddities and inconsistencies of this hotel, otherwise find somewhere else to stay. I rated this stay as Average as we DID have a very reasonable room rate for our three nights, otherwise as a 4 star hotel and paying full room rates I... More

i was skeptical about my stay there given i had not stayed in that area before even though i lived in Nice some time ago. But i the hotel was wonderful. Out o fthe way but perfect if you plan to drive out and visit new places each day. The free breakfast, parking, and wifi was a great bonus. would... More

Not up to a standard for a 4* hotel, I would rate it between 2* &3*: the rooms are very basic (our was No53), very tired- in desperate need for renovation/redecoration, with old furniture, cracks, ants, bathroom was not ok either. Actually the hotel rooms are located in something like semidetached bungalows around the hotel pool and restaurant. I can't... More
