After a four hour harrowing drive forced upon us by the recent train strike we arrived at the hill top area of cagnes sur mer feeling quite stressed. This feeling did not last long. Catherine met us in front of the property where she had reserved us a car park . She then welcomed us into her beautiful home where... More

Stayed here for three nights and it was terrific. Catherine is a wonderful, charming hostess with a warm, inviting smile and a wealth of information to share about the surrounding area. The Terrasses has four (I think) rooms, each uniquely decorated with en-suite bathroom. I stayed in the Trapeziste room, which has a nice balcony with spectacular views of the... More

We stayed here in May 2014. The room is very clean, large, has a sitting area and good view. The bed is comfortable and breakfast is excellent with homemade jam/yoghurt etc. From this B&B, it is a couple of miutes' walk to the castle and the Old Town's square where there is a range of eating places at various prices.... We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this wonderful guest house and it really is a very special place to stay. It is in a superb location, not too far from Nice airport, and you are warmly welcomed by the lovely Catherine who goes that extra mile in making you feel right at home. Our suite was... More

I am writing this while sipping wine on the terrace of the Betty room. I would normally wait until I return home before reviewing accommodation, but this guest house is just too special not to share with the world. Catherine welcomes you into her home and you are immediately captured by its spell. The history of the home is special,... More

We had the most wonderful experience staying with Catherine and Patrick in their unique, beautiful and charming B & B in a beautiful historic district. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with vintage furniture. The atmosphere warm and inviting. The view from the breakfast terrace was extraordinary overlooking the sea and the breakfast was wonderful. Catherine was so knowlegable... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid September 2013 in the Suite 'Goût de miel', it was our last stop on a 2 week Provence – Cote d’Azur road trip. What can I say, it was the perfect finale of our journey. The beautiful view from the terrace, the location in the centre of Haute-Cagnes, a warm-hearted host proposing... More

A wonderful experience staying six nights whit the Bouvets in Haut de Cagne. Excellent service and helpfulness with where to go and what to see. I stayed in Betty, the best room I believe, with a large private terrace facing the medical castle and a small balcony facing the Mediterranean. Breakfast on a panoramic terrace in the sunshine in late... More

We came to this amazing place after 7 days in provence. The minute we went inside, we wish we had more days left (but unfortunately had only 2...) The owner. Definitely one of a kind woman! So kind, helping, warm, giving full attention to small details.. The room- so lovely! You are actually stating at a family place! The place... More

The stay at Les Terrasses du Soleil was unforgettable, the best of all the accommodation we have experienced in Provence. The house is situated on a hill, a few steps from the medieval castle. It is charming villa with several terraces overlooking the town Cagnes sur Mer. Owners Catherine and Patrick serve sensational breakfasts in a large terrace with amazing... More
