When built, the idea of this kind of hotel was good, but it can be seen that maintenance is not a very strong point of this hotel. Rooms in smoking area are smelly, toilette seat is moving, shower is bad maintaned peace of plastic. Breakfast for additional 6€ is not worth it. Coffee from wending machine is 1.30, better wait... Survived two nights there, but would never go back. There are better options in the area. The rooms are very small, big enough for the bed and a stool. The bathroom is worse. I'm not a big person and had a hard time using the shower without the curtain clinging to me or bumping the water temperature controls. The room... More

I have spent 2 nights in October 2014. It's a "full-automated" hotel with no staff/reception at night. Check-in process if pretty straight-forward, no key for room (write the code some place!). Room were ok for a 2 stars, hotel was empty so I do not know about the noise from others rooms. However, avoid rooms on the street side (if... More

I was literally only using the hotel as a stopover to break up a long drive but would not even recommend it for that. I arrived just before reception closed and noticed 2 vending machines but could only see coin slots. I asked the receptionist if they only accept coins and she simply replied "That's not possible" and slammed down... More

At least, they should have removed those cockroaches and spiders for such a price. Unfortunately, the cockroach was fast, so I could not catch him on my camera. Yet, for this area, taking the price into consideration, this hotel is a good choice. But for 66 euros per night I'm expecting at least some tranquility, without concern of being attacked... More

I had a business trip to Sophia Antipolis and I stayed at B&B for 5 nigths a very clean and calm hotel with a good and value price, good air condition and helpful people around. Remeber if you have a long term stay in this area rent a car and buy your required food and drinks before moving there, because... More

We've stayed in a number of Etap hotels around France and most have been reasonable in terms of value etc. This however, was a major disappointment. Despite the slightly higher than usual price - perhaps the closeness to Cannes etc. can account for that, the hotel was really quite dirty. On a slightly different matter, the location was really quite... More
