My husband and I have been staying here since the 1980's. We come almost every March for our anniversary. It's really in a superb location between Nice and Monaco, and in one of the loveliest towns, Beaulieu-Sur-Mer. The staff and managers are tres nice, friendly and helpful. You cannot beat these rooms with a balcony overlooking the marina and Mediterranean... More

Room with sea view balcony has great views over marina area, room and bathroom to a high standard. Lovely quiet spot within walking distance of ville France and cap ferrat and only 2 train stops to bustling Nice.

The location of this hotel is very good situated as it is halfway between Monaco and Nice. The view from our balcony was superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However the place is very tired and in need of decoration. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

I have been staying here for over 10 years and the views and service are still as excellent and stay in the memory for all the right reasons. The addition of the pool as really made this a great value place to stay and the location and views over the marina are worth the price alone. Only small gripe is... More

Great place to stay for exploring French Riviera. Sea view rooms are great with large balconies and views of harbour, mountains, down to Eze sur Mer. Rooms very clean and good for sleeping with metal blinds to keep sun and noise out. Hotel itself could use some outside work, but inside is in very good shape. Breakfast is good for... More

This hotel is aged and much in need of a facelift. The neon light "Hotel" is a "hot" sign (the 'el' is busted) but the sign although it doesn't light up is accurate - the aircon hardly works and we were unfortunate to be on the western side and it was one a hot hotel. Wifi is an important pay... More

We stayed here because we wanted somewhere quieter than Nice for our first nights in France. I called and they offered us their 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for traveling with our toddler. The place was very very clean and well equipped. The staff here, especially Joseph are very friendly and extremely helpful. It's QUIET!! I was a little... More

I have just come back from a stay here and would definitely recommend it; it felt like a taste of luxury at a reasonable price. We had a sea view room, and the views from the balcony were superb; watching the sun go down was a real treat, and it was always fascinating to see the comings and goings in... More

I have just returned from the south of France. I spent 2 days in Nice and 4 more at the Frisia hotel. After the apartment on the Promenade in Nice which will be for another review, I moved to the Frisia. What a difference. The view was to die for, we had booked a sea view for an extra charge... Had a 5 night stay here in 2013. I had never been to the area before but were with friends who were, so it was quite easy to get around. The hotel is ideally in between Nice and Monaco with very easy access to buses and train to get around. The hotel was spotless and very reasonable for the area.... More
