Le Ponteil is an excellent choice for those staying in Antibes with a car. It has off-street parking and yet is only a short walk from the old town and from the beach. You do not want to try to navigate the streets of the old town in a car. Our room was small and basic, yet clean and comfortable.... More

Had a really good stay at Le Ponteil. Pascal, the Manager was a lovely man who was very attentive. The room was fully functional for our needs. All areas were spotless and the bed was really comfortable which made for a couple of great night's sleep. The continental breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day ahead. Wifi... More

The hotel is impeccable and the service of Pascal and his wife, a delight. They cannot be more helpful, gracious, and polite. The rooms are cozy, small, but clean and very home like. For breakfast they even go as far as giving you a different pastry each day, all of them very delicious. The overall experience cannot be better, more... More

Once again we took a break and spent two nights at Le Ponteil. Pascal and his wife were as caring as always. A new “personal touch” has been added. While doing the check in he presented a pictured menu with several breakfast options from were to choose daily freshly baked butter croissant, sweet brioche or Danish pastries! This time we... More

We opted for this hotel as we preferred a smaller and more personal hotel, which we found in this villa. Our room was quite small, but comfortable. The owners are most friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and from there a nice stroll to the old city. Quite a pleasant place to be... More

We had quite a good experience with le Ponteil hotel. Coming from the Northern Europe, the prices seemed to us somewhat too high for the quality of rooms, but it turned out to be pretty much in tune with overall local level. Le Ponteil is a villa and has more of B&B / boutique atmosphere, surrounded by big pine trees,... More

Thank you for your advise, yes in France the "normal" double bed it's 1.90mL x 1.40mW. You understand something very well, that we are in the second town of Côte d'azur, and close to the sea, but quiet, we have a parking, a terrace, free wifi, well, our prices in this region are normal. All the rooms are different because... More

We have just returned from a 5 night break in this cute typically french hotel. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were lovely, fresh bread and pastries each day.The room was spotless, lovely comfortable bed and had a quiet balcony. The location was excellent being less than five minutes walk to the beach. Tables and chairs in the... More

Very good location, you can walk to two beaches in less than five minutes and reach the old town in the same time. The owner Pascal is very helpful and can give you information about restaurants, the town and close touristic attractions. Some rooms are pretty small while others are a bit bigger. Cleanness is OK for this level of... More

Thank you for the compliments, we receive our customers as we would like to be received. As we say it every time, we are a Provençal villa of 1920 and rooms were adapted to the villa and not the opposite. Thus some are small, others are big. That is why our television which are of a standard size hotel, are... More

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the location and breakfasts . We had not previously booked so stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay as they were heavily booked . The two rooms we had were clean & very tiny . The bathroom was outside on both occasions . This was not a problem . The breakfast were... More
