Before choosing the Resideal you should really first understand what it is it's offering. This is a combination of a hotel and self catering apartments, something which is very common in France, where people stay for long periods and hire what they need. The room size is as advertised and looks OK for the price. The arrangement of the rooms/area is a bit odd and the shower and toilet area did not have proper ventilation.
