The location of La Place Hotel is excellent - within easy walking distance of the sandy beach, the train station, the old town and the port (go look at all the yachts!) This hotel was surprisingly stylish and comfortable. The entrance is small, with a non-descript staircase and hallway leading to absolutely lovely rooms. The decor is beautiful, super comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms with towel heater. Went the "City" vs the B&B route for this leg of our trip to use as staging grounds for Grasse, Eze, Monte Carlo, Cap D'Antibes etc. A bit tricky to find first time (even with GPS). I stayed here with my my wife in April. A great location in Antibes - walking distance from the station, town square and old town/ramparts. Rooms were cosy, quiet (double-glazed) and modern. Bar/restaurant very welcoming, with a couple of breakfast options. Will definitely return on our next visit!
