I chose this hotel for the proximity to the seaside. The walk into old town is pleasant -- along the boardwalk -- and the hotel amenities are very nice. Rooms have clearly been renovated very recently. Bathroom is lovely. I stayed in a city view room for the value... but those balconies with sea views sure would have been nice!
