Gina is a welcoming hostess. Her home is decorated with such creativity and attention to detail- it's really stunning. She goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable and will put you into contact with sights, restaurants, etc. Not to be missed!

My husband and I were welcomed to Maison Trevier by Gina Trevier when we arrived and she showed us our grand room with 15' ceilings, lovely fireplace and artful decoration. Gina invited us to the terrace for wine and tapas as she was entertaining two couples who had been her guests years past. Gina is a convivial and articulate hostess.... More

A little late in writing this review, better late than never. We stayed here a few years ago, and it was such a lovely experience. The house itself is gorgeous, and the rooms very clean. We had a great time learning to cook "caillette", which we've never tasted before. The fun thing is that our group (we were 6 of... More

From the time we arrived until we left, my wife and I loved our stay with Gina at Maison Trevier. She did everything from recommending nearby restaurants to helping us organize a wine tour, she really went out of her way to make our stay special. The house is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. We took a... More

If you want to experience how to cook in a healthy, provencal way, then this is the place for you. I learned so many delicious recipes from Gina that I have been cooking for my friends since I returned to the UK. Gina is a wonderful hostess! We went to the market in the morning to select only the freshest... More

If you do not want to stay in remote B&B @ wine yard, this is probably the best place to be. We lived there for 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday). It is absolutely charming place with real feel of Provence. Friday morning – there is a famous market in the Carpentras, where you can find a lot local food, crafts,... More

This is a lovely property with nice comfortable bedrooms, well appointed and quite cool even in hot weather. Gina is a hostess with plenty to say and she is quite attentive to most details and requests. She obviously has built up quite a reputation locally through her reputation for 'simple' cuisine. But guests should be aware that her charges for... More

I am sorry to read your bad experience with my cooking. I have chosen to use only fresh, local, seasonal and organic products and to cook them in a very simple way to protect the nutritional and gustative qualities of the beautiful provencal products. Some people call this way of cooking "refinement" and not "basic". Concerning the breakfast as mentioned... More

A memorable stay and dinner at Maison Trevier! This charming B&B is in a noble historic building lovingly restored by hostess Gina, and filled with art and modern conveniences. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Fresh and organic breakfasts and dinner were served in Gina’s lovely garden, a tranquil oasis that delights the senses. Gina prepared a... we stayed with gina for 3 days in june, and had the most wonderful time. a great suite, great breakfast, and an amazing location. gina is, though, the best asset of this idyllic spot. she knows where to eat (and where not to), the best places to find wine, cheese, saucisson sec, etc. and has great advice for finding beautiful,... This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. We were so lucky to have found this place and to have met Madame Gina. The maison is a beautiful place, but the best part of the experience was certainly the time we spent with Gina talking, learning, cooking, drinking wine, hanging out having "girl talk"; it was priceless. I felt... More
