We wanted to enjoy the flavor of Avignon at it's best and in choosing this B & B , we did exactly that! Aida is a wonderful accommodating hostess that goes out of her way at every opportunity to make her guests feel like family. She shopped almost daily and always brought home a special treat from the wonderful local... More

Whenever we travel we like to stay at a bed and breakfast to experience the local culture. Staying at the Le Clos du Rempart was truly a wonderful experience. Not only was the place spacious, bright, and decorated with many local treasures; but also our host, Aida, was most welcoming and helpful. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and extremely... Aida the owner and host of this wonderful B&B made our stay in Avignon something unforgettable. From the moment we arrived Aida went to a lot of trouble to make sure that we felt very welcome and all needs big and small would be met. Even to the extent of allowing us to park our car in her secure garage... More

My wife and I are from Canada, arrived in Paris then travelled via TGV high speed train to Avignon and rented a car (diesel, 6 speed - manual - awesome). Getting to the B&B was a little tricky. A call to the B&B hostess, Aida, solved everything. Parking is scarce but she offered some space in her garage. The B&B... More

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of October. The B+B is ideally situated with everything in Avignon within walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and Aida is an excellent host who made the stay even more memorable by suggesting itineraries and restaurants for us to try. Really Aida could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very highly... More

The B&B is perfectly located within the walls of Avignon. It is charming with a lovely garden for sitting outside on a lovely day for breakfast or for having a glass of wine before dinner. The bedrooms are large and perfectly decorated with a view out to the garden. Breakfast is more than one can handle with fruit, pastries, cereal,... More

Le Clos du Remoarts is the perfect blend between location, comfort, charm and hospitality. We stayed for three nights at this amazing B&B. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. Aida, our hostess is among the most charming and interesting women that we had the pleasure to encounter. She... More

Aida was a lovely, warm hostess. She gave all the information we needed to make the short stay in Avignon a huge success. The property is centrally located, about a 15 minute walk to Palais de Papes. Breakfast was set in her beautiful back patio. Had the Sapphire which was large and overlooks the back patio. It was quiet and... More

I would have chosen An Oasis in Avignon but another reviewer beat me to it for that is what it was. So calm and tranquil wish we had more time to just relax in beautiful courtyard. Aida was wonderful she made three dinner reservations for us all excellent. Have raved about it to our friends, go and enjoy. Anne
