I was surprised with the neighborhood of this B&B. It is in a depressed area that looks unsafe. However, once within the grounds of B&B, one feels completely safe. The rooms are large and clean. I would not recommend walking into central Avignon (the walled touristy area) from this location, especially at night.

Caza Sereyna is home to Marie and her family, and when we stayed there it felt like home to us too. The building is pretty amazing, with a double height living room, a spiral staircase up to the first floor which looks down into the living room, marble floors and an eclectic mix of antique and modern furniture (the successful... Marie, the owner of this beautiful guesthouse has created a real haven of tranquilly. The house is relaxing and comforting from the minute you walk in the door with plenty of spaces to relax either indoors or in the beautiful garden. Marie is most welcoming and accommodating, happily advising on local sights and attractions. The guesthouse is a 10 minute... More

This is a beautiful house with lovely bedrooms and public seating areas for quiet times, reading, listening to music etc. Marie provides lots of music CDs and books, plus information on restaurants and attractions in the area. Breakfast is to die for, scrumptious fresh breads, homemade preserves, ham and cheeses, fruit, cereals, fresh coffee, speciality teas, it is a joy... More

A beautiful house with pleasant hostess who provide home-made breakfast each morning. You find yourself in a home-feel shelter during travel. But warning to those who is TV watcher that there is no TV in your room or in common area. You have to keep sound down as to accommodate the atmosphere of the house - serene and non smoking... More

Initially, we had trouble finding Caza Sereyna, but when we rang the bell and Marie appeared I knew that all was well. Madame Marie is warm, welcoming and very helpful!! She takes a lot of pride in her B&B and it shows. Her home is clean and comfortable and breakfast is wonderful. I love cheese and each morning she would... More

My wife and I stayed at Caza Sereyna this September (2012). We had a fabulous time and so enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The owner and hostess, Madame Marie, is sincerely gracious and kind. She really means it when she welcomes you to her home. The home is tucked behind a wall that we think is common to city... More
