The hotel is surprisingly good on the inside although the outside was not so appealing. Satff were very friendly, rooms were clean and nice and it was very good value for a city hotel. Parking was convenient. I would definitely reccomend this hotel for a stopover in Avignon more
Stayed one night at the Hotel St. George for an antique fair in Avignon. The front desk staff was very friendly. the breakfast was adequate. The pluses were, this was reasonably priced, secure lock up for the car, excellent staff, nice breakfast The negatives are, it's out of the centre but it's near a bus route, no lift, which was a problem for my 81 yr old mother in law.
