We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. It is well located, clean, lovely room, great service. It was everything we could have wanted when we made Avignon the center of our tour of Provence. The rooms were of an ample size for the "down-time" when resting between adventures.

We arrived early, they were full but still able to give us our room the travel agent asked for. An art festival was in the center of town. Many little shops, restaurants, & beautiful buildings. We had free Wi-fi. We had a hearty breakfast in their beautiful cafe before the short journey to the Viking River Cruises.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon a couple weeks ago, and it was one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It is right on the main square, the rooms are very large by European hotel standards, and the staff was incredibly nice. Not only were they super-helpful to our every question, but when we arrived we found... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in a superior room. The room was facing the place de l'horloge but with the windows closed you didn't hear too much. The room was very small but with a big bed. The bathroom had a bath tube with shower curtain and WC in a separate room. And there was a small hanger for... More

Stayed two nights for the price of one. A very good deal. Small hotel right by the Popes Palace. Room 505 had its own little terrace, quiet and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast even though a bit expensive (18e per person). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a handicapped friend with us and unfortunately he could not... More

Nice place. Middle of everything you wish to walk to. Nice staff. Beds are ok - not great (not a Westin bed). Clean. Pretty. Nice breakfast offering. The in room coffee is not good - instant stuff. I would probably stay here again - my only issue is I want the ultra nice beds. Important to book on-line direct with... More

Right off the square with the Popes Palace within minutes. The hotel rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is helpful with recommendations for eating around town and will book tours for you. The breakfast was incredible !

We stayed here as part of a tour with Link.Paris. It was perfectly clean and nice, but nothing special. On the bright side, they had some nice snacks out when we arrived and the room was clean and the bath products quite nice. The room was HOT so I had to get up in the middle of the night to... More

We stayed one night only during a rainy March day and still had a wonderful time. Having never visited the city before, we scheduled a quick visit to see if this was a come back to city and hotel. Yes to both! Parking was a nightmare (as always!), but the hotel had reserved a spot for us to check in... More
