Only stayed here for one night passing through Avignon. The hotel is in a great location and is a beautiful old building which could really have the 'wow' factor if it had a makeover. Our ground floor bedroom was very 'tired' with only a hand shower and no fitting to hang the shower head over the bath tub. The bidet... More

Stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it. People sometimes expect the earth, but if you go with the flow you'll enjoy the experience. Yes, the room we had was a little smaller than expected, no, we couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room, but ten yards away, in reception, we could. Someone commented that breakfast was expensive at 9 Euros,... More

I went to this hotel for the weekend with a large group for an excursion put together by my study abroad program. We did not personally select the hotel but it was a pleasant surprise to stay here. It was not the nicest hotel I have stayed in but it was most definitely not the worst. The rooms were small... More

Nice enough location. Quiet. Not far from station. Can walk into town centre along back streets. As others say, helpful staff, (although as usual in France some with very dismissive attitude to Coeliac disease which they don't all take seriously) comfortable but a little tired. Nice not to have the sound of machinery going at night like some places but... More

We were so well looked after by the lovely people at this hotel. We had a comfortable room, with a big bed and a nice bath. Breakfast was very generous, with fresh coffee and croissants, plus a buffet of fruit, yoghurts, bread and more. We loved staying here, and would definitely do so again if we find ourselves in Avignon... More

We ended up at the hotel because our airbnb place didn't work out. We had 3 rooms. The staff were very accommodating - from giving restaurant tips to helping us find a hotel in our next destination. The hotel was okay - it was clean and everything works. It could use a bit of modernization but beds were comfortable and... More

We booked this hotel in advance and a couple of days before we went there we were emailed to ask if we would like an upgrade for an additional 15 euros. We thought this was reasonable and agreed to take the upgraded room. It was a disappointment. In particular the shower had been disabled and could not be used. The... More

Previous reviewers have complained about the wi-fi but they seem to have sorted it and now have it on all three floors. We had no problems with it. OK the rooms are a bit small and could be brighter but our bed was very comfortable and there was no traffic noise in our room at the front. The staff were... More

The decor in the room is depressing and it needs a complete refresh. The furniture is the cheapest you could buy. We booked the hotel for the parking but I felt the room was on the costly side given it reminded me of hostels I stayed in years ago which were a fraction of the price. Whilst it is clean,... More
