Had a short but wonderful stay at Phillipe's B&B. The room was well decorated with a comfortable bed overlooking the garden. Phillipe gracious enough to pick us up from the train station. We had several fun conversations with him, as he is well read and well traveled. Only wished there was direct access to the garden, otherwise everything was perfect.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Arles. It is on a quiet street - immaculately clean & filled with beautiful antiques. The host was a true gentleman & could not have been more helpful. Stay here & do not bother looking elsewhere you won't be disappointed. Ps the breakfast that was included was delicious & fresh from the boulangerie.... More

We stayed here three nights. Exceeded all expectations. Location is quiet, safe, and within walking distance of great restaurants, historical sites, everything. The property is so sweet -- - comfy, clean, accommodating. Philippe is a great host. Excellent taste. We came with our 12-year-old (he didn't know that), and he did all he could to make it just right for... More

In a word, le Bibion embodies balance: - Tastefully appointed with a mix of modern fixtures and charming antiques, our room was nevertheless as comfortable as our own bedroom and bathroom at home - ample space, a mattress we hated to leave each morning, wall-to-wall floor covering that felt wonderful under my feet, and a large, river rock-lined shower stall... The owner Philippe was an excellent host and travel guide who spoke perfect English. He recommended where to go, and what to see. It was a perfect base to visit many surrounding areas. Pont du Gard and Avignon were a 30 min drive away. The interesting History Museum was a short 5 minute walk away. The room was very spacious... More

Stayed in September. Le Bibion is a little gem. Very comfortable and with a lovely host, Philippe, who is very eager to help you have the best time in Arles. Situated on the edge of town, it meant that it was quieter for sleeping, easier for parking and a very pleasant short walk post dinner. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Le Bibion following good reviews from other clients . Having run our own B&B in France we knew what to look for and we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Philippe was an excellent, discrete host who spoke perfect English. We had the top floor suite with two independent rooms and their own beautiful shower rooms.... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Bibion for 5 nights mid August. The B&B provided us with a home away from home and a time to rest after a hectic week on the Amalfi coast. Phillippe had organised for a pick up from the station which was welcome after a day of train travel. The room was very spacious... More

We had such a wonderful experience meeting Philippe and staying at his truly special and charming cottage in the heart of Arles. It was absolutely perfect for a classic French Provence experience, the room (with the private terrace) was divine and breakfast was phenomenal. His hospitality was very warm and welcoming and he had fresh baguettes, wonderful cheeses, and delicious... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Bibion in Arles for 4 nights in June 2014. Philippe was a wonderful host who was eager to share his adopted hometown. We loved our top floor suite: living room, bedroom and terrace. Philippe steered us to a terrific restaurant and made reservations for us for our first night: Le Brin de Thyme.... More
