Arles is a wonderful town to visit for the historic perspective and for day trips. This little Hotel has some nice courtyard rooms (but the "basement" rooms not so great). The air conditioner is old school. The managment could not be nicer and the breakfast is one of the best. The walk along the pool in the courtyard is very... More

Despite the pure magic of the city that was nothing to write home about. The funniest thing about it was the air condition. I called it “Ratterblas” (Rattleblow) for it was right above the bed in a small room, doing nothing but blowing cold wind on my feet. Audibly. But, well, there is one big asset: the location, when you... More

Our arrival was less than promising in an area that was rather run down and unloved however the hotel is close to the town , you can park free of charge and there is a very pleasant pool which was much appreciated in the heat of August. there is a really attractive and cool dining area under trees and close... We could not have been more comfortable here, but perhaps you should decide for yourself whether this hotel would work for you. We stayed here a week with no complaints. It is located in a post-war quarter with an admittedly uninspired architectural setting, but nthe rooms are cheerful and clean, and out room overlooked a VERY well cared for pool... More

I'm lying in my room in the Mireille typing right now. I'm very surprised at the bad reviews this hotel has received. The room is small but clean and well-appointed (though I still can't understand why hotels don't use duvets rather than nasty counterpanes). The staff is extremely friendly. Yes, the hotel is in a concrete block in a characterless... More

Very nice hotel in a lovely little French village. The room was small but very comfortable. Our room looked over a courtyard where breakfast and dinner were served. The swimming pool was a wonderful treat. Great service by both the front desk staff who couldn't have been more helpful and by the servers. The owner was a bit overbearing and... More

Unfortunately I did not believe the previous, seemingly VERY critical reviewer of this hotel (my apologies to you, whoever you are!), as I had to make a last-minute booking and was feeling a bit anxious about finding anywhere to stay on a busy weekend in Arles. The hotel was every bit as bad as described! It is set in a... More

This hotel was an ugly concrete block, in a pretty little town in France. The staff deliberately put us in the most expensive deluxe room, when we booked. The dinner was awful; the waiters were so rude, that in the end we left. Also we seemed to be the only people who had made the mistake of staying there -... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September 2004. Not a good experience compared to all other places we stayed in Provence and Paris during our trip. First, the room was very small, but it was clean. Second, the first night the maid entered (tried) our room at 6am even though we had the do not disturb... More

Stayed here in June 2004 for 10 nights. Stayed in a grand confort room which was poolside. Beautifully decorated. spacious bathroom with 2 sinks. We got the demipension & ate at the restaurant about every night. The food was wonderful. The saveurs de jardin ice cream was awesome. the demipension includes a 4 course dinner & breakfast. The breakfast was... More
