Reception staff very friendly and helpful, however I'm sure you can do far better in Arles Location ok - its a small town and you can walk everywhere Room very dated - and horrible sewage smell from bathroom Breakfast set up for package tour groups ... the usual unmemorable "plastic" experience ... Avoid the touristy restaurants on the central squares... more

For only a 1 night stay for two females in their mid-20s, we were very comfortable at the Best Western. Very easy to get to and very accessible to all Arles "attractions." Hotel was exactly what I'd expect of a Best Western. Enjoyed sitting on the roof by the (very small) pool to relax. more

Helpful, friendly service from front desk and restaurant. Quiet. Internet was frustratingly slow in the room but better in foyer. Good food, reasonably priced from outdoor restaurant on the roof. Had to ask for tea/coffee making facilities. Parking is a problem here - check that they have a place for you, otherwise you will have to park in a public... more

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We were accommodated in the first floor of the hotel. The room was small and dark with old furniture and it stunk. After the first night we decided to solve it. The first night was horrible: noisy from outside, noisy from inside - airconditioning was too loud, you hear... more

This is a great hotel if all you want is a clean, no-frills room, a decent breakfast and a location that's a short walking distance from the sights in Arles, and central to many destinations in the Provence. The rooms are nothing to write home about, except maybe the fact that we had a room that slept 4 - pretty... more

Do not stay here. It is dirty. My feet stuck to the floor of the lobby. The room was dark, dirty and smelly. The water from the sink faucet had a sulphur odor. Location fine. Inexpensive but not worth it. Poor value. more

I don't know why the others liked this hotel. It is no where close to what you see in the photos. I ended up here as part of a tour. Our original hotel was full and we got changed to this one. The hotel is dark, old, dirty and smells. The carpets are badly stained throughout the hallway to the... more

Checked into this hotel on the basis that it is a Best Western, at check in we asked about parking and was told that they had secure basement garage parking for a fee of 10 Euros, we paid the fee but when we entered the garage we found it full and we noticed that at least six cars had local... more
