A very comfortable hotel centrally placed and suitable for all tourists. Only distraction was at breakfast the staff were untrained and very noisy in removing the plates and attenting to to next sitting. Rooms good and parking excellent.
The Atrium is a standard 3 star Best Western hotel centrally situated in Arles adjacent to the Tourist Information office and minutes walk to the sights. I chose it because it has modern refurbished rooms with proper overhead showers, and as we were staying for 6 nights, we wanted something modern and comfortable.
I booked a Confort room @ 115...

Stayed here for one night in March with my wife and teen daughter. We arrived with no booking and decided to stay in Arles because it was an amazing town.
With no time to look for other alternatives we decided on the Best Western because it was close to the Tourist Info booth where we were.... we should have widened...

Drove straight in, got a very good deal on a double room and parking, breakfast included. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The room was big and clean. but is an hotel and I miss the personal touch of a B and B. Nice for one night but if we knew the small distances from the next B...

We took a double room for a couple of nights at the end of September'11. Room was a decent size, albeit a bit basic, with a separate toilet and bathroom. Good working shower in bath.
Hotel was very well located just on the edge of the old town. Underground parking was OK, if a bit tight - you need to...

It honestly is the slowest lift I've ever been in, to the point you wonder whether it's moving at all.

Nice hotel, well located, friendly staff, reasonable parking, However we found a brown, tick-like bug in two of the three beds and the same bug turned up in my cosmetic bag.
We flushed the bugs and thought nothing of it, but a week later two of us have severe, hive-like rashes on neck, face, and wrist and have gone for...

Dear Customer,
After many controls under all rooms, we regret to inform you that this problem doesn't come from our establishment.
Definitely, you have dragged it of your luggage, because with all the travel in public transport, it's a big risk.
Greetings and sorry for the inconvenience.

This is a very well located hotel, reasonably priced. But the room you stay in determines your satisfaction. First night, in standard double, located next to stairwell, and thin walls meant I didn't sleep a wink. Well, probably a bit, but not a lot - noises from other rooms, from the stairs, kept me awake. Explained issue next day (of...
