Location fantastic - overlooking the ancient city walls of Arles. Check in and reception was genuinely welcoming and helpful, and continued this way through the 2 night stay. Rooms very modern, clean and well serviced. Parking relatively convenient outside, although it is street parking. The phrase that kept returning to us throughout the stay was - cant believe this is... More

Following a bit of a nightmare journey where our Eurostar was delayed making us 2 hours later than expected we arrived at the hotel at around 6 in the evening. I had emailed about a week before just to check everything was all ok with the booking. However when we arrived we were told they hadn't confirmed our booking and... More

This 2 star hotel is centrally located in what is a fascinating small city and a great base to explore many fabulous towns and sights in Provence. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are bright, friendly and very clean. Our quad room had a very comfortable sofa bed for the double plus twin beds in a separate... More

We stopped here at the end of a nine day cycle ride. This hotel was by far the best out of nine hotels in the 2 star grading that we stayed in. In fact I would've rated it 3 star, compared to the previous places we stayed, it was very clean with air conditioning and a buffet breakfast that would... More

We stayed in Arles for three nights and found the Hotel Acacias to be a great value. Our room was quite small, with less than a meter of space on all three sides of the bed. But it was very clean, looked nice, and had a good bathroom and shower, all for 60 Euros. This price goes up in the... More

This hotel is walking distance, about 10 min, to the train station. It is a small hotel that offers breakfast for about 7.50 euros. Breakfast offers the standard fare of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal and a selection of bread. There is also a selection of coffee. We had a standard room. It was okay for a short stay. It... More

We stayed four nights in April 2014, just after the Easter long weekend. Rooms are compact, but well-equipped, clean & modern. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Good buffet breakfast for 9 Euros. Little trouble finding free adjacent parking. Great location for exploring the old town.

Spent 5 nights here in early October. Very helpful staff, clean and well serviced rooms, great breakfast and just inside the city walls. It is near the river and railway station and all of the Arles sights and sounds are within easy walking distance. Air conditioning occasionally very sluggish. Overall though excellent value.

Great location, in part of the old city nearest to station. Nice rooms, but the bed was average. Some minor issues - front door only half-opened, no blanket provided, curtains were difficult to close completely.

Nice clean hotel in a very convenient location just within the wall. Short walk to the train station and all the sites within the city. Nice reception staff, and breakfast worth the 6 euros. Would stay here again.
