It's old, it's charming and the service level is impressive. I love this hotel, so very well located, such a GREAT price for the rooms. The breakfast was great every time. Sleep quality perfect, beds great, a little low to the ground, but really great. Clean as a whistle, really great service.

This is just a review on the customer service. We did not actually stay here. We recently booked a reservation with the hotel but were told that the dates we were going to be there would be during Feria and the town would be extremely busy with lots of traffic. This was not what we were looking for so we... More

This is the original home of the Duc D'Arlatan. The owners have added some fun "off the wall" modern art and furniture in a way only the French can do. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are of a good size and immaculate. Michel the manager was fabulous, helping us park the car in the hotel garage,... More

We loved this place. We felt we were in a different world. We asked for a room with a balcony which we enjoyed. I think many of the rooms are different. Ours was very large with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with separate toilet. The service and breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The location in Arles is perfect...you... More

We were in Arles for a short visit recently, which is all I recommend. The town has the roman ruins and you can see where Van Gogh painted 'a night at the cafe'. Our favorite part of Arles was the hotel. Friendly staff willing to help with dinner suggestions (even though all the restaurants were booked) and the place was... More

The hotel is right in the historic city centre close to the busy Place du Forum. It has its own parking garage. To get there you need to navigate small streets, but the confirmation email explains this very well. All of Arles'sites are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the people in the hotel are super... More

We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute we spent in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely go back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool area. The hotel is very close to all the sites and there is a delightful square about 100 metres away.... More

Set right in the heart of the town this is a historic building, exquisitely restored with every modern amenity. The elegance of the public rooms and the spacious bedroom with antique furniture reminded us of a Parador in miniature. Parking in such a location was real boon. We were welcomed and given every help and attention. Included in the creative... More

A charming hotel in an excellent location, close to sights, restaurants and bars. Good sized, immaculate room overlooking pool. Charming terraces and pool area to relax. Only problem was extortionate price of drinks at the bar. Would have loved to have coffee / wine on terrace but it was over twice the price than that offered at cafés just 100... More

Perfect city hotel with a lot of charm. We stayed for two nights and were very happy there. First off, they have a bit of parking, so able to forget about the car; all the people at reception were charming, friendly and helpful. The building is superb, rooms individual; bed comfortable (proper coat hangers); bathroom small but perfectly adequate for... More
