If you are looking for the sterile, sameness of a chain hotel, this is not the place for you. This is a true gem in the middle of the quaint town of Arles. You are greeted by a friendly staff and shown to a charming room with an updated bathroom. The breakfast is very good, with many choices. The central... More

Modern bathrooms and rooms were found in this charming historic building. A bountiful breakfast buffet can be enjoyed inside or outside on their patio. It is in a perfect location to explore the easy, walkable city. Arles is a UNESCO Heritage site and abounds with Roman ruins. The owners who speak English and their staff were friendly and helpful throughout... More

This hotel lives up to the pictures. Spent three nights there and the staff was friendly and spoke English. Great breakfast. Rooms recently redone and lovely. The wifi did not work all the time due to thick stone walls. Very quiet at night and in the heart of Arles. Would strongly recommend it!

Arles is a fantastic little town in its own right. Enhanced more so, of course, if you are a Van Gogh fanatic. We stayed in the Logis Hotel de la Muette for 2 nights in May. Great place. Very central location in the old Roman part of Arles. Easy walk to everything. Very friendly hosts and the room was clean,... More

Last month we spent a few nights here. It was right in the middle Arles and within walking distance to all the important sights. After completely renovating the hotel last winter, we found the en-suite fabulously modern but still keeping all the character of the old building. The staff were very attentive and helpful. For a French breakfast, it consisted... More

Loved this hotel! It is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but it is the cutest old french hotel! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Loved the circular stone staircase that led to all the rooms. Beds were a little hard, but the room was comfortable. Updated bathroom. If you want a "french" experience, this is it!

If you are driving to Arles, the Muette is a bit hard to find since it is located in the old Roman part of Arles with limited traffic allowed. But the location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had an above average selection of foods. Our room was a good size and had an updated,... More

Loved this little "hotel" - it did not feel like a hotel, but more like a B&B. Our double room, with a double bed and a twin bed was very comfortable and neat setting because of the older features which have been retained. And even though our room was right next to reception, it was very quiet with door closed.... More

Logis de la Muette is a nice little hotel in a great location. The rooms are small but very nice and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and have great restaurant recommendations. Free parking is available a 5-minute walk from the hotel. But ask for directions how to drive there. It is complicated

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be charming. We had great service, our room was spacious, light and airy and nicely decorated. The bathroom had been recently upgraded and was as good as any 5 star hotel I have stayed in. We hired a car for a couple of days and rather than driving it to... More
