We went to this hotel as we read about the history so we were hoping to enjoy an aperitif at the hotel where Picasso once slept and bullfighters favoured. When we got there, we sat outside on the terrace along with a few other patrons, but nobody from the hotel came outside to serve anyone. So after a while, we... More

We booked this after reading other reviews and because we wanted a character hotel that promised a good experience - but we were a bit disappointed. Although all the staff were generally friendly and helpful, we feel this place needs more care and attention to merit a high room rate compared to other hotels in this area of France.

Lovely French boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Can't be beaten on location. If you have a car, it's much cheaper to park on the street rather than the hotel car park. Staff are friendly enough.

This hotel is absolutely lovely in the "Boutique Hotel" genre, though it is not officially a boutique hotel. The deco is creatively eclectic and comfortable, an absolute must at that price, and is a hotel for the more discerning traveller who wants something unique. I found the staff absolutely adorable and elegant, the young girls at the desk, albeit a... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is central and within easy walking distance to good restaurants, major attractions, and the Turism Office. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was great. A big benefit was the valet parking as the adjacent streets are quite narrow and public parking was a bit of a walk from the... More

This great little hotel on the square is a favorite if toreadors. Steeped in Camargue tradition, the entire establishment has posters of arena bullfights from the last several decades adorning the walls. The rooms are lovely and there is a perfect combination of charm and comfort. The bathrooms were great - clean with bath and shower and with really nice... More

Great location on Forum & walking distance to everywhere. Very difficult to find & park but great staff & kind of shabby chic in public rooms, although bedrooms nice & bathroom five star. Nice people. NB do not visit Van Gogh cafe opposite which is dire & a tourist trap but the rest of Arles truly welcoming

My wife and I were truly well taken care of at this hotel. My first contact was when I called and asked for help after driving around for 20 minutes. I couldn't reach the hotel since the city had changed street directions and my GPS wasn't up to the task. An incredibly nice lady talked me in, and then the... More

An hotel as "Flamboyant" as Arles itself. You breath the history of all passionate guests in every breath you take. The position is excellent , Close to van Goghs famous yellow café. The Front desk gives you good advice and you will find your way home easily in Arles narrow alleys due to the perfect location on The Forum Sqare.... More
