He put his arm under then realised finally yes you are correct and did move us to a safer... More

My advice - don't stay here. It really does not meet the standard. Luckily we were only there one night. The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower terrible and the service lacking. The location is a right on the outskirts of Arles so you will have to drive to the centre.

We stayed here in September 2013. The corridor outside our room was smelly and musty. The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The window blind was torn as was the curtain. The carpet was very old and dirty.

We have been very well, cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast, with many choices! Very close to downtown. It's worthy! The pool is very nice and clean. Personnel fine and efficient. Mood very familiar. Parking free.

During my childhood I've often used Logis de France hotels and had a very high opinion of their system with the fireplaces that they use to label the food in the restaurants. I was totally shocked when we stayed at Le Mas De La Roseraie. Not only did the rooms not resemble the photo's on the websites, they were dirty,... More

The hotel consists of an older farmhouse building and an annex that resembles a motel, the room we were allocated (room 3) was in this motel section. The rustic, charming rooms shown on the hotel's website bore absolutely no resemblance to the room we were shown on arrival: it was small, shabby but, most of all, absolutely filthy dirty. The...
