We arrived late afternoon in Apt and were lucky to get the last available room at Hotel Le Palais. This was a small room at the top of the stairs (the owner carried up my heavy suitcase - Merci Beaucoup!). The room was basic but clean, sweet and cosy and very reasonably priced. A lovely, old fashioned hotel.

I stayed here on a recent cycling trip round the Luberon. The building is old, with lots of original features, exposed beams and such like. The owners are very helpful - quite happy to store a bike in reception! - and the single room I had was well furnished and very pleasant. Good WiFi was an unexpected bonus too. Great... More

We wanted a small, old, family-operated hotel in the center of a small, but not tiny, town, and we got it--and more. The young owners really enjoy their work and made us feel like we were were returning home each day. We requested a balcony room and got one overlooking the square--a great place to watch the activity, especially on... More

Nice and extremely friendly hotel in the center of Apt, charming city in Provence. The staff is really nice, rooms are cosy and colorful and the hotel is the perfect place to start visiting the region (from Senanque, to Roussillon, Gordes and so on).

One of the friendliest hotel owners we experienced during our two week cycle tour across France. The room was what was expected for the price but the owners made the difference. Apt itself also turned out to be better the expected. Well worth a visit.

beautiful small and charming hotel. The rooms are small they have all what you can need, including desk and big wardrobe. It is located in the center of Apt and Guillelm (I think this is the name) is the nicest owner ever! We got lost looking for lavender in Valensole so we end up arriving the the hotel after 10pm,... Small and charming family hotel in the old house in the centre of Apt. Owned by affable family pair doing all to you feel like in home. Not big but comfortable rooms with tiny balcony, good breakfast. Hotel is bike-friendly, owner (really strong man :) ) even lifted all our bicycles for us to the first floor. Highly recommended!

During our travels, we often do not book in advance, but play it by ear. This time, we were tired and decided to land in Apt. We drove to the centre of town and found this sweet, little hotel, tucked away in a corner. It also hosts a decent restaurant downstairs. We got the family room with a double bed... More

We booked this hotel in Apt last minute, whilst on a road trip around France. Our room was very good value. The hotel is small and very sweet. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable. We liked that our room backed onto a patio so we could sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and hospitable, we enjoyed our breakfast... More

Sweet, simple little hotel in the centre of Apt run by a charming young couple for whom nothing is too much trouble despite the hard work and clearly long hours they put in to running the hotel and the pizzeria below. Nothing seems to much trouble for them, be it lugging our very heavy cases up the narrow stairs (nb:... More
