Although you will be very central with the hotel, it is on a really noisy square, right above an Irish bar which plays loud music til late in the night (and then again for breakfast). Our room was tiny - I couldn't walk round the bed without ducking under the wall mounted TV. Find somewhere else if you can, especially... More

We had only one night in Aix en Provence, we found this hotel for a very good rate. The hotel is right in the centre, very chic, nice room, very clean with Nuxe soap ( very good ;) The room was quite small and the window turn to the inside but for one night it was great. Lots of restaurant... More

This hotel is located right on the main pedestrian street in the historic district. Step right out and find restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and more right at your fingertips. The rooms are well appointed, modern, exceptionally clean, and spacious enough. We had free wifi and a great room rate. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Spent 4 days in Aid en Province and stayed at the Hotel de France. Smack in the middle of the town in a pedestrian street, surrounded by bars and restaurants and shops. If you are driving then park before you go to the hotel. You do not want to get stuck in narrow lanes with a million tourists who will... More

The rooms seemed to be recently redone even though ironically they didn't flatten the sloped floor but I guess in an old building like that it would be pretty tricky. Needless to say that was a bit weird. Aside from that the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was nice enough and the bathroom products were great! We had... More

I liked the room and the staff was nice. However, the air conditioning in my room did not work and the room remained hot for my entire stay. Management looked at the AC unit and said it was working (only because some air was coming out of it), but it was not cold and not a strong air flow (like... More

Location is excellent, steps from Cours Mirabeau, and on happening street with bars, restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated, large comfortable bed, and overlooking the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. There isn't much of a lobby, so not the place to go, if that is important. I would stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently located at Rue Espariat a 5min walk from train station (Boulevard Victor Hugo). The ambiance created in the room (high ceilings, pastel colors, linen window treatments, wood flooring, white furniture creates) is amazing. The bathroom is very very clean with lots of amneties from Nuxe and Clarins body lotion. Breakfast is served in an old-world Barroque-Neoclassical room... More

We booked this very last minute and got the last available room - saw a guest being turned away when we checked in, to his surprise - clearly a regular business guest. Our room turned out to be designated a junior suite, so not cheap, but nice and big with a large double and a single bed and a huge... More

The hotel is located about 100M from the Rotonde fountain, right at the edge of the old town with its many bars and restaurants. Unfortunately taxis cannot get right to the door and will drop you at the Rotonde. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have good recommendations for restaurants. We had a room overlooking the front where... More
