So many people have written excellent reviews of this hotel that it is difficult to find anything new or original to add. I can only confirm what others have said about it. We stayed at Pavillon de la Torse for a delightful two nights in July 2014. The B&B is conveniently located, an easy 15 minute walk from the B&B... More

Loved our visit in Aix-en-Provence and enjoyed our four night stay at Pavillon de la Torse. Our hosts Marie and Francois are very helpful in making excellent local dinner recommendations and even the reservations-great with suggestions and mapping out our travel to Luberon, the outdoor market in Lumerin, Les Baux, etc. Great room size, great breakfasts, spectacular outdoor swimming pool-you... It has been 2 weeks since we left Marie and Francois and their beautiful Pavillon. Each day that passes we remind ourselves of the wonderful time we had and how lucky we were to share their exceptional hospitality and home. Notwithstanding the fact that we had a 'crisis' in the middle of one night requiring 2 ambulances and 6 medics,... More

A lovely place to stay in Aix. Marie and Francois are excellent hosts. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the gardens, everything was spotless and the breakfasts were very good. It is about twenty minutes on foot to the town centre.

My parents and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here immensely. The grounds are breathtaking and the hospitality unforgettable. Francois and Marie provide impeccable details on where to eat, where to go, and how to get there all the while cooking up incredible Provencal cuisine for breakfast and aperitif. A little slice of Provence-style country living just minutes from the... More

We spent 3 nights in this amazing place. The room is very large and has all the facilities that can be found only in the top of the line B&Bs. The garden and the pool are gorgeous. We even made a nice picnic besides the pool with other tenants. The hosts are very friendly and they did much more than... More

Gorgeous B&B in heavenly setting. We stayed 2 nights here after a few weeks in Italy & found it the perfect place to relax & unwind while starting our French tour. Property is well equipped & gardens are simply delightful. The hosts, Francois & Marie, are gracious hosts, providing memorable breakfasts & the opportunity to interact with other guests over... We spent five perfect days at Pavillon de la Torse while visiting Aix, Marseille, and a number of neighboring villages. The house is lovely and the grounds are magnificent. Our hosts Marie and Francois made staying at La Torse an unforgettable experience. They hosted two "happy hours" during our stay giving us the opportunity to share experiences with other guests... My husband and I just left the Pavillon de la Torse and we were very sad to leave. The house is beautiful, the gardens are heavenly, but the hosts are what take it over the top. Mary and François are so gracious and inviting. The breakfasts they make give you great home-cooked local flavor. In addition to the breakfasts, we... More
