We stayed at the Kyriad for a few nights in May with a tour company. The decor of the room was tired but it was cleaned daily. Hot drinks were available in the room, this was a plus as it was not expected. The breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay – we did not have the evening... More

Had a very unpleasant stay in this hotel. Where to begin! The location is noisy - surrounded by very busy roads, about 20 mins walk to centre of Aix so need to take a bus. Although the hotel has a restaurant it is best avoided as very overpriced for average food. The staff were offhand and disinterested, the bedroom although... More

I stayed here for about 1 week and overall it was not too bad with decent sized rooms for France. Food was ok also, but nothing special. However, 100 euro was stolen from my room and a friend of mine also had money stolen from his room during our stay. For this reason I would not recommend staying here at... More

I has stayed in Kyriad Prestige for 3 nights on my business trip to Provencal winemakers between June 22nd and 25th 2011. It was quiet hotel in good place in Aix for me. Highway was nearby and I'm not wasted the time in traffic jams. I has surprised about big hotel room. It was equipped with big double bed, flat... More

A salad and dessert is q pricey at over 17 Euros - better value was to be had outside the hotel. A bottle of local wine at the Kyriad Prestige was 19 euros minimum - the same wine in the supermarket was 7 euros! Plenty of places to eat in Aix at better value but it was a half hour... More

This hotel costs about 110 Euro incl. breakfast. Rooms were big and well equipped, and for French standards quite clean (I apologize for this comparison, France-travellers will know what I mean) There was a fitness room and a quite good sauna free-of-charge, although it is a bit unorganised. Breakfast was well-equipped. Nobody spoke english (of course, this is France, but... More

this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I don't know where to start: the bathroom-door was broken and I couldn't leave it for nearly one hour, broken beds, broken lights, actually everything was broken... I strongly recommend to you not to go there...! The food in the hotel's restaurant was uneatable!

We ended up staying here because all of the bed and breakfast places were booked. We found this through Hotel Europa. It is a business hotel and the rooms are clean , but very basic. The first morning after we arrived, we slept late, jet lag etc and the maid knocked at the door to clean, I asked her to... More

Have just read review by a member of the Riviera Group who stayed at the same time as us in this hotel and must not let it pass. We too were with a group - Page and Moy. the hotel was not as bad as I expected having read other reviews before going but it certainly wasn't excellent. Our room... More
