We stayed here during a trip through Provence. Clean premises and room. Staff very nice and professional. A correct meal in the restaurant with a nice exterior space. At 80 eur per night ( reserved through an agency ) it's a good value for money. Of course it's not an high standard hotel as, for this price ( or even... More

Terrible experience, this hotel is an insult for all 4 star hotels in France. Deserves maximum 2 stars. Bathrooms were not clean, service is poor and personnel doesn't care about guests. The worst part is breakfast & foo, really disgusting (even found a small snail in the salad!)

Just had a couple of nights here, it has the hardest bed in a hotel I have ever encountered, it would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car park. Hotel is clean but very spartan, the rooms are very basic - not sure 4 stars is the correct rating. Very basic ammenities, breakfast is typical continental with no variety,... More

My family of 4 people, together with 23 tourists from Thailand, stayed overnight here on April 14,2014. The hotel is rather far from the downtown. You can't expect to walk to the town from here. As we arrived, a young thin lady tried to carry our luggage. She didn't look like a porter at all. So, all of us unanimously carried... More

Nice quiet hotel. I had the pool to myself one afternoon as I think most of the people were business guests at work that day. Best thing about this hotel was the amazing food for room service, great value and extremely good. You really need to be travelling by car as it is a little out of the way but... More

We stayed for a four night holiday arriving by TGV. Taxi driver warned us that the hotel was in the "middle of nowhere" approx. 12 km from Aix. Dinner on the first night was expensive and disappointing, with a very limited menu. Breakfast was ample but variable in quality; bread seemed always to be yesterday's, dubious scrambled egg and cheap... More

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel listed as four stars. It is situated in a quiet business park kind of setting, 11 km's from the center of Aix-en-Provence. The hotel is 16 years old, well kept and clean. The concept is simple: invest a minimum in the rooms, add a few touches of a 4 star... More

I had reserved twoo room confirmed by hotel and when we recahed they had only one room and we had to fight and wait for two or three hours before they can find us one more room with no excuses. No professional handling by reception . Rooms are small and d not deserve 4 stars as they claim. The hotel situation... More

Semi-deserted place in the midst of the industrial zone around Aix with faulty internet and unfriendly service (except for the night porter!) The reception could not find my reservation over the phone, the restaurant could not prepare enough food to last halfway through the breakfast time (although the number of clients was very limited at the moment), and a request...
