good location just on the outskirts of the city. 20min walk from the train station. lovely hotel building with everything you could need in the rooms. fridge, cooker, microwave, pots/pans, plates, knifes and forks etc. free internet and TV with English speaking channel, BBC. there is a laundry room that you can use also in the hotel. Bottom floor apartments... More

While the pictures are stunning we expected a more country like setting. Behind the hedge is a large campground which we weren't expecting but it wasn't noisy. The rooms were outdated yet appeared clean until our daughter discovered her sheets were dirty and contained hair. The other beds appeared to have clean linen. The location was reasonably close to downtown... More

I loved to stay at this place 5 years ago on some business trips. They seem to have done nothing to the rooms since then. Nevertheless I still like the self contained studios with a private little patio in front. Good place to relax in the evening. The rooms are well equipped with all you need (plates, glasses, cutlery etc.)... More

Need we say more! Thıs was the most dısappointing hotel stay that my friend and I had on our whole holiday. It took us well over an hour to fınd the hotel after arrıvıng into the town. Tnıs was after stoppıng for directions from locals as well as askıng the İbıs Hotel (next door!!!) where ıt was. There were NO... More

I selected this hotel somewhat at the last minute based on the Trip Advisor "top value" recommendation. The staff were nice, and there was free parking, but other than that I don't have much good to say. The hotel is not walking distance to the center of Aix, which I knew when I booked, but I thought I'd be getting... More

The frontage of the hotel is well-maintained. The rooms have a 80's feel but it is clean. Our room had a view of the mountains. This hotel does not have a lift so don't bring heavy luggage. The receptionist, Marie, is not helpful and a bit curt. . The district of the hotel is quite a distance from the heart... More

Ignore the shabby laneway entrance - like us your initial disappointment will change once you enter the peaceful grounds of the property. During our stay we came to appreciate the great location, quiet surrounds and basic but comfortable facilities. This was a great place for our three-year old to run around safely but I don't know whether the room configuration... More

This aparthotel looked stunning in the pics I saw on the Citea website/online, however I was a little disappointed when with this place for real. The aparthotel building was gorgeous and beatifully restored, however our room in it was a bit shabby with old furniture as well as being quite dark. However, it was clean and the bathroom was nice.... More

Our stay for 3 nights at the Bastide was nice, though very hot! There are fans available, though not well known. We skipped their breakfast and bought pastries in town the night before to eat in the room. Bus #6 stops down the drive and took us to center of town each day. Clean, basic and nice! More

Stayed here for one week at the start of August. We had one of the smaller upstairs rooms which was basic but comfortable. Quite hot at this time of year but a large fan was provided and you don't stay in your room much anyway on holiday do you. The room included a microwave, fridge and two electric burners for... More
