This is a nice hotel that is reasonably priced, and easy to walk to everything. They tell you to take the water out of the mini bar at no charge. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations. (all were delicious) This is one of the only hotels that I have stayed at that had a... More

Beautiful boutique hotel, well located near the Cour Mirabeau. Staff was exceptional! We had a junior "suite" and it was quite spacious. Shower was terrific! The breakfast was a pricey buffet, but it seems most hotels have these now. Complimentary espresso machines on every floor, lobby and garden. Mini bar soft drinks were also complimentary. We would happily stay here... More

We were actually there in May 2014 but I have to say how wonderful it was. The room was beautiful, the location was within walking distance to everything and most importantly the staff was warm and very helpful. we will definitely stay here the next time we are in town Thanks for everything!

I was there alone, ahead of a cooking vacation, and this is a very nice spot in a good location. It's only about 1 1/2 blocks from the Cours Mirabeau and Old Town. Rooms are typically French, small with no drawers, but nicely appointed and quiet. There is a nice outdoor space with an honor bar. There are coffee machines... More

Hotel Cezanne made a good base for our visit to Provence. The majority of the staff was very helpful and kind, such as Praxède in the front desk, Katie in the dining room and Christian (sp?) who designed and prepared the delicious made-to-order specialties for breakfast. Praxède took care of securing a wheelchair for us and worked out all the... More

This is an excellent boutique hotel and certainly a great choice for a quick couples stay in Aix. Our room was HUGE and was stocked with a better hair dryer than I have at home. It was actually better than the one I brought with me. Also, we did have breakfast one day because we actually mistakenly thought it was... More

Good location, close to centre, rail station and bus station. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are a good size, very clean. The free coffee and soft drinks were much appreciated. Cannot comment on the breakfast as it was far too expensive (€20), but plenty of nice cafes around for a much cheaper option. Staff were friendly and helpful, which... More

I've stayed at the Hotel Cezanne for 9 nights in a single room for business trip. The hotel is clean, beautiful and all required accessories are at hand (coffee, free wifi, etc). Outside terrace is wonderful. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the location is great - 3 minutes walk from the Rotonde. To sum up, I... More

We really liked this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The terrace outside was lovely. We had a junior suite which was a good sized room. The joy was with an 83 year old mother, we could easily walk to the Cour Mirabeau for food & drink without the hassle if taxis.

The rooms were really quite small and the bathroom tiny. For a 4star at its price was very high. English TV channels did not work and they were unable to fix. Toilet was so small you were unable to sit down unless the door was open.

Dear Guest, We honestly apologize for the inconvenience for the English TV channels. The problem was not coming from us, but by the main receiver. It was fixed very quickly after we detect the issue. Again, we apologize and we are sorry to know that you’ve been disappointed. Best regards, The Hotel Manager. More
