Aix en Provence is a lovely city in Provence and well worth an extended stay. La Bruissanne is about 5 minutes drive from the city - so easy to access. It is situated down a lane in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Sophie is a most charming owner who could not have done more to make our 4... More

We spent 2 nights at this B&B, which is just a short ride from historic centre of Aix-en-Provence. We had room Fanny: elegant room, warm and cosy decor in a big beautiful compound. Quality linen and stuff. Sophie is a great host, we had a great time here. The special yogurt for breakfast is a real treat! At this price... More

In an effort to save time and space, I have to say ditto for all the NZJaneNZ just said. My wife and I and our 13-year old daughter stayed here in the Marius Suite and all was absolutely perfect, give or take the outdoor wi-fi hotspot. A minor inconvenience to us for sure. Sophie was a super hostess and the... More

We couldn't fault La Bruissanne when we stayed early September for 6 nights. Sophie is an amazing host and will go out of her way to help. The location, 5 mins out of Aix en Provence was great and there was a lovely little restaurant we went to twice in Le Tholonet not far up the road, it was Cafe... More

This B&B is perfect located in the (beautiful) suburb Le Tholonet, about 5 min. driving to Aix. We stayed for 3 nights in the Marius room, a great (a lot of place), charming room, near to the swimming pool with a big terrace....There's a very practical outside kitchen, with all the tools you need and a big fridge to keep... We stayed here for 2 nights in August. The weather was perfect. The B&B is about 5 minutes drive from Aix en Provence. It's located in a beautiful secluded area. There's plenty of parking. We stayed in the Marius room which was very large and comfortable. Watch out for the shower though - lots of pressure. My son & nephew... More

La Bruissane starts with a big gate that swings open to a tree-lined lane. Next is the pool surrounded by olive trees and private terraces with their own "space." We stayed in Marius, the largest of the three rooms, with excellent linens, Provence soaps and a hairdryer, a glass tiled shower, monogrammed plush towels, embroidered sheets. Sophie, the owner, clearly... More

We recently stayed at La Bruisanne in Aix-en-Provence. During our two week stay in France and Italy, this was the most enjoyable experience. Sophie is the ultimate in bed and breakfast hostesses. La Bruisanne was a beautiful retreat tucked away in an unbelievable natural setting. Sophie's breakfast was an unexpected and much appreciated delight. We would highly recommend La Bruisanne!

My husband and I stayed at La Bruissanne during our travels from Paris to Nice. We booked via the internet and could only get a few days accommodation however what a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this beautiful B&B. Our host, Sophie, was so accommodating and her english was excellent. She was very helpful in her suggestions to sightsee, and... More

We stayed for 3 nights in April and we were reluctant to leave. Sophie is the best hostess ever and can't do enough to please. Our room had its own private area outside and the excellent breakfast was taken in another area under cover outside. The whole set up is very professional but in welcoming way. Excellent.
